No Gas

  • Is there hot water but no heating?

    • Yes

      • Is the radiator in bedroom as well as in the living room cold?

        • No

          • If the radiator only in a single room is cold, then please turn the on the radiator in the room where it is cold

          • You need to turn the knob on the side of the radiator

          • Please allow 10 minutes for the radiator to start getting warm

          • Now you should have have heating in every room

        • Yes

          • Your problem is not a specific radiator

          • The problem is the boiler

          • Is the boiler's 'electricity circuit braker' switch down?

            • Yes

              • Please turn the switch back up

              • Now the boiler should be back on

              • Please allow 10 minutes for all the radiators to start getting warm

            • No

              • Your problem is the boiler, but not its electricity

              • The boiler's problem is low pressure

              • Please check the pressure bar

              • Is the pressure bar below 1 ?

                • Yes

                  • Please turn very slowly the blue handle

                  • You need to turn it very slowly, in order for the pressure to rise gradually above 1

                  • Once it is above 1, please turn the handle back, in order to stop pressure to increase further

                  • Now the boiler should be back on

                  • Please allow 10 minutes for all the radiators to start getting warm

                • No

                  • If you have a digital screen of your boiler, does the boiler's digital screen show you an error?

                    • Yes

                      • Please contact us via WhatsApp/call and inform us the exact error code

                      • We are going to call boiler company to ask for a technician to come as soon as possible to repair the boiler

                    • No

                      • Even if there is no error message, your boiler has a problem.

    • It is inside your apartment

    • bb#1 (ground floor)

      • It is in the kitchen area

      • It it attached to the wall.

    • bb#2 (first floor) and bb#3 (second floor)

      • It is in the kitchen area, inside the white colour cupboard

      • Please open white cupboard door to see it

        For flats: bb#2 (first floor) and bb#3 (second floor)
    • bb#4 (top floor, roof apartment)

      • It is in the terrace

      • Once you are outside, next to the terrace door, there is a white cupboard

      • Open the white colour cupboard, inside is the boiler
