EARLY CHECK-IN

• Check-in time is 15:00

• Previous guests have right to stay until 11:00 check-out time.

• The flat is thoroughly being cleaned and prepared between 11:00 - 15:00

• If you plan to arrive before 15:00

  • You can use the luggage room inside the building to lock your luggage in a locker.

  • Please contact us and we are going to provide you the code for the locker

WATER TEMPERATURE / HEATING

• Please open white colour cupboard

• Inside the white cupboard is the boiler

• Use the boiler's temperature button to increase or decrease the temperature of water and radiatiors.

NETFLIX

• Netflix is for free

• Press button on the TV Remote Controller

• Netflix automatically opens.

• No need to enter username and password.

WASHING MACHINE

• The washing machine's buttons are in Turkish.

• There is a Turkish to English translation on the notice board hung inside your flat where you can see a translation of all the buttons.

• There is washing machine detergent powder for two cycles provided in the flat.

REPLENISHABLE ITEMS

• Replenishable items are provided at check-in, one time only.

• Please bear in mind that we do not restock any of replenishable items (e.g. toilet paper) during your reservation (inclusive of reservation extensions).

• If you require more of any of these items, there is a discount supermarket called "BIM".

• "BIM" discount supermarket is open everyday (including weekends) from 09:00 until 21:00 where you can make your daily shopping.

• It is 240 meters/3 minutes walking from your apartment.

• Please look under the bed in the bedroom.

NO SMOKING

• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

• If you smoke inside the apartment, you will be fined a €50 penalty charge.

• Please provide a valid Passport for all guests.

• This is required by Turkish legislation NO:1774

• By accepting this Airbnb reservation all guests agree to provide their Passport information before check in directly to us.
